Interior Consultation
An up to 1 hour in person interior consultation. During the consultation we will walk and talk about the design goals. D1215 will give up to 2 interior paint recommendations for the walls and trim. As we move through the property we will discuss a timeline, the budget, the job scopes and design goals. From there we can make recommendations on whether or not to replace and or upgrade finishings. Such as, light fixtures, flooring, bathroom vanities, hardware, cabinetry, etc. If needed, we do offer video consultations. Ask about our color consultation.
SIGNATURE HOME STAGING
Signature Home Staging is perfect for single family homes, condos, townhomes, high end homes, properties with challenging layouts, and standing inventory. This premier service is great for new home developments, spec builders, luxury real estate homes and exclusive condominiums. This service requires 2-3 months notice, and up to 1 week prior to the listing date to complete the installation. It may include, but is not limited to special ordering of custom furniture pieces, higher end linens, art and accessories. Luxury property styling comes with the option for the new owner to purchase the merchandise.

Specializing in kitchen and bathroom redesign, we help you bring a fresh and functional look to life. First, we meet with you at the property for a redesign consultation. We discuss the desired look & the budget, we manage the ordering & installation of all items, contractor work & more from start to finish.
INTERIOR DECORATING
Our specialties include interior decorating services and support for clients who would like to update and transform their furnishings & decor into a current, fresh and functional living space.
